Gillian McConnell

Gillian graduated from Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh in 2001 with a BSc Honours degree in Dietetics. She is the CEO of Inside Out Nutrition and has set up private dietetic clinics based in the South Dublin & Co. Wicklow areas. Gillian also has extensive experience working in large teaching hospitals both in the UK and Ireland. Gillian's specialist interest is gut health nutrition assessing a variety of clients with gut health concerns such as IBS, Coeliac Disease and IBD. Gillian also works with the intellectual disability community supporting both service users & their key workers.
